Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting nursing practice across our orthopaedic services. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care, while mentoring and guiding nursing staff to achieve clinical excellence.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
- You should have a minimum of 4-5 years relevant orthopaedic operating theatre experience in a NZ hospital setting and a current NZ practicing certificate.
- A passion for immediate operating theatre practice
- You must possess robust patient assessment and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the scrub scout roles and operating theatre technique.
- Induction, orientation, and training will be provided.
- Understanding and implementation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Respect for patient confidentiality.
- A great attitude that speaks to your ability to work within a cohesive team environment.
