The ideal candidate will be someone who has exceptional telephone manner, great communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, methodical record keeping and an ability to enjoy a team environment.
The role offered is part time of 38-40 hours per fortnight, over 6 days.

- A proven background in data entry – would expect around 2+ years
- Excellent Customer Service skills, flexible to adapt to changing schedules with last minute changes.
- Knows what exceptional customer service is and understands the Privacy Act 2020
- A "can do" positive attitude (even when under pressure) who role models this at all times
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Computer literacy is a given, at no less than an Intermediate level, with sound knowledge or Microsoft Office Software
- Highly professional in their approach and compassionate towards our patients
- Previous experience working in a hospital, or a Dental/Doctors surgery would be highly regarded
- School Certificate, NCEA or higher.
- Able to work extra days at short notice.
- Knowledge of Webpas would be desirable.
